Many injuries and speed or endurance limitations come not from training, but from training or moving incorrectly. Most of these injuries can be prevented through proper movement and the correct equipment. You will learn how the body was made to move, how to identify when you're not performing correctly, and what tools and techniques are out there to help. The result will be fewer injuries, faster splits, and more complete recovery. Brian studied biomechanics and performance under the world's experts, including a mentorship program at the US Olympic Training Center.

Club Races

Each month, we host a drawing for $25 off a club race for a TTG member. The only stipulation is that you write a race report about your experience.
